Steps
Wildwood Academy has a rolling admissions policy, which means that we accept applications throughout the year and review them as they are received. If there is space in a class, we offer rolling admissions. However, if there is no space when an application is submitted, it will be added to the school's waiting list.
What is Target Tuition?
Each year we set our full tuition rates, which we call Target Tuition, after careful consideration of what the organization needs to earn to be financially able to deliver the quality programming that we and our families expect. We ask that families who are able pay the Target Tuition rates for their children.
If Target Tuition is not workable for your family, we encourage you to apply for a family Guided Tuition rate. Our Guided Tuition process allows the organization and your family to identify a reasonable family tuition rate for the school year. Through review of your financial documentation and discussions with you concerning any extenuating circumstances you may have, our team will endeavor to find a total tuition figure that works for your family.
*Please note that Guided Tuition is available to cover full-time tuition for your children’s enrollment. Part-time enrollment, Supply Fees, Technology Fees, field trips, and class extras are not eligible for the Guided Tuition process.
Target Tuition & Fees (2025/2026)
Our Target Tuition rates and Supply Fees are per-student, based on the program the child is enrolled in. Our rates are not based on attendance, but class enrollment. Tuition and supply fees for mid-year enrollments will be prorated accordingly.

Guided Tuition
Unlike Target Tuition, the Guided Tuition rate for your family is a single amount that covers tuition for all students you enroll at Wildwood Academy, regardless of the number of children enrolled.
Guided Tuition considers the financial capacity of the family when setting a tuition rate, not the number or ages of children.

Tuition and Program Guidelines
Wildwood Academy is committed to making a high-quality education accessible to families in our community. We recognize that every family’s circumstances are unique, and we value the shared commitment families make to support the life of the school.
The financial participation of all families is essential to the health and vitality of Wildwood. Each family contributes toward sustaining our programs, ensuring that we can continue to offer an inspiring, engaging education for all students.
Tuition covers most of the costs associated with your child’s education. In addition, families can expect a modest annual program fee. There may also be occasional additional expenses such as field trips, special supplies, or enrichment activities. These vary by grade level, and we do our best to communicate them clearly in advance so families can plan accordingly.
We encourage you to include a letter explaining any unusual situations affecting the amount you can contribute towards tuition with your application. Please note that GT applies only to the tuition portion of the cost of the programs you enroll in; Supply Fees and class extras are not included and are expected to be paid by each family in addition to their GT rate. In addition, part-time enrollment does not qualify for GT.
The first step in the Guided Tuition process is to send a complete application to us. This includes filling out the GT Application and submitting all the financial documentation required -- things like tax returns and copies of pay stubs. You’ll find the information required listed on the GT Application.
After reviewing your application, the GT Review Committee may quickly let you know the GT rate that we think is appropriate for your family. In some cases, we may request additional documentation or have some questions about your application, and if necessary, we may ask for an in-person or Zoom meeting to further discuss your circumstances. Please know that information you share throughout the GT process will remain confidential.

No, we are not a private school. Currently, we are a learning center that offers homeschooling support. We plan to become a private school with a homeschool extension program in the future. For now, every enrolled student must be a homeschooler. If you have questions about how to homeschool in Washington, please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.

If your child attends pat-time, there are two options:
Option 1: Your child can bring the curriculum they use at home. They will also have access to a computer if needed.
Option 2: Wildwood Academy will provide your family the Wildwood Academy curriculum to complete on home days.
These options are to provide continuity to your child between home and Wildwood Academy.
